Tuttnauer EZ10 Autoclave
The Tuttnauer EZ10 is a fully automatic autoclave with one touch design for all of your sterilization and drying needs. Its closed door active drying system maintains sterility and ensures efficient drying of packs and pouches. The high efficiency air pump circulates hot air after the sterilization cycle for fast drying. The EZ10 features HEPA 0.2 µm replaceable air filter and pre-loaded cycles for unwrapped instruments, wrapped instruments/packs, glassware, along with an additional drying cycle. All program parameters can be customized and stored for future use. The EZ10 utilizes automatic shut off at the end of both the sterilization and dry cycles with audible and visual cycle interruption alerts. Safety features include a double safety locking device, which prevents door from opening while chamber is pressurized, and a low water sensor, which prevents activation of sterilization cycle when there is insufficient water in the chamber or reservoir. Constant monitoring of temperature and pressure for sterilization ensures proper parameters for each run. Door design prevents steam from coming in contact with control panel. 510k clearance for dental handpieces. Power outage recovery system. Drain valve is located on the front, allowing for quick and easy draining of water reservoir.
